A federal prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia finds no probable cause to indict the New York Attorney General Leticia James for mortgage fraud.

Subpoenas have been issued in a criminal investigation against the Fulton County DA Fani Willis.

The state agency tasked with appointing a new prosecutor to take over Fulton County DA Fani Willis’ case against Trump and others in Georgia has asked the judge for an extension. They were originally given 14 days. 

Court battles continue over National Guard troops being sent to Portland and Chicago.
